Refund Policy

If something isn't right with your order, email us at john@werkstraat.shop before sending anything back, and we'll sort it out together.

Changed your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to cancel it. You pay the postage to send the record back. We refund the price of the record and the original shipping within 14 days of receiving it.

Not as described or damaged

If the grading is wrong or the record arrives damaged, we pay the return postage and refund you in full.

Sealed records

A factory-sealed record that has been opened can't be returned because you changed your mind. If it turns out to be faulty or not as described, the section above still applies.

How to return a record

Email john@werkstraat.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with where to send it. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
